I'm really frustrated with the order I made. I shelled out $34 for international shipping that was supposed to take 2-3 days, but here I am a week later without my stuff. I chatted with a customer service rep who just keeps coming up with excuses for why my order is still missing.

Seriously upset about the order I placed. Paid $34 for 2-3 day international shipping and one week later still do not have my items. Spoke with customer service lady who keeps making excuses as to why my order hasn’t arrived.

Delivery was super quick, and the refund came through really fast once I sent the item back!

I bought my item from Norton Barrie at 10:55 p.m. on Sunday, February 6th. It showed up just before 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 9th. Considering the current mess with things like Brexit and COVID, I was really pleased that my order came in so quickly. The item was packed nicely and arrived in perfect shape. I used PayPal's pay in 3 option, and sometimes there can be syncing issues between PayPal and the brand's site, which might make it look like there are duplicate credit agreements showing up as two separate transactions in your online banking. I shot an email to Norton Barrie about this, and I got a response before office hours on February 8th, assuring me that the duplicate transaction would disappear, and it did. All in all, I'm a very happy customer and will surely check out the website again.
